To get into the KABK we had a project to create an alter ego, since another assignment to get in was to pick something we were passionate about - for which I picked shark-finning - I decided to make ocean-related-things a theme of my entrance exam. So I made this superhero mermaid called 'Pearltacular'. I then decided to turn the poster into a comic book cover as it fit the 'superhero' idea, and comic books are awesome.
